Hand formed Mexican folk pottery pitcher shaped as a pig, made in Oaxaca around the mid 20th century. Tin glazed earthenware with drip glazes in turquoise, yellow, cobalt, rust and jade green, and a deep green glazed interior. The open snout works as the spout. Roughly 11 inches tall. Used condition with glaze crazing, several rim chips and nicks to the ears.
