Ships from Texas within 2 business days of payment clearing. Tracking is emailed as soon as the label is made.

Every order ships insured for the price you paid and tracked end to end.

Rates

Flat. $8 anywhere in the United States, $45 everywhere else, insured and tracked either way. You pick which before you pay and the total is shown before you leave the site. Nothing is added after the fact.

International

We ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, most of western Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, South Korea and Mexico. Duty, VAT and any customs handling fee are charged by your own country on delivery and are yours to pay, not ours to collect at checkout.

Signature required

Orders of $750 and over are sent signature on delivery. Someone needs to be there to sign, or the carrier will hold the parcel for collection.

Returns

All sales are final. Every piece is one of one, held in hand and photographed as it is, with its condition written on the page. Ask anything before you buy and you will get a straight answer. If a piece arrives damaged in transit or materially different from its description, send photographs within 3 days of delivery and we will make it right.
